We are in the process of finalizing details on this special training which received rave reviews at its debut in LA last spring. Michael and Silvina focus not only on ways to help couples rebuild their bond in the aftermath of trauma but also on the ways processing trauma with couples affects us as therapists. Congratulations ACEFT for an incredible launch with our recent local training in Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).  Our presenters, Gail Palmer, MSW, RMFT and Jim Furrow, Ph.D., led a stellar 2-day workshop applying the Stages and Steps of Emotionally Focused Therapy to working effectively with families.  They were warm, engaging, effective, and their expertise was palpable.  Responses from participants were overwhelming positive, many expressing the workshop far exceeded their (very high) expectations.  We, the Steering Committee, are grateful to our ACEFT members for you excitement, eagerness and yes, for your dues.  Your contributions made this training possible and your continued support will enable us to bring you, and our community, additional local trainings to support excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy.  Thank you!
