Common Stuck Moments in EFT: Engaging Emotion
We’ve all been there – those stuck moments in EFT when we want to help move our couples into re-connection but distracting content or difficult emotion seems to be getting in the way. EFT offers specific strategies to help us utilize emotion in powerful ways that guide our couples toward experiencing themselves and each other differently – all aimed at creating a secure and lasting attachment.
Whether fresh off an Externship or more experienced in the model, The Atlanta Center for EFT (ACEFT) invites you to join us for a series of ACEFT sponsored Community Meetings kicking off this November aimed at helping you “unstick” these common moments in couple therapy. Certified EFT Trainer and ACEFT Director Michael Barnett will be offering insights about how to help EFT work more seamlessly for you and your couples.
